The Ambrosia of LIfe

I'm teaching on my food culture course.

This couple have come on my course who look after bees. They have
brought in special gourmet foods for everyone to try.

First the guy has brought some extra special home made cheeses, and
then he brings this ceramic pot out, and in the pot is a kind of
fermented raw yogurt with slightly fermented honey from their own
bees. Its the special heather honey that they have used which is
priced so much round sheffield.

This is apparently an old recipe which is symbolic of the land of milk
and honey. It is also the true ambrosia of life: a slightly
intoxicating and powerful aphodisiac which is very health benefiting.

I am very grateful to these people for bringing this in for us to all try.
