I meet up with Patrick whitefield, the permaculture expert!
We chatted about the increase of wolves around the glastonbury area,
and how it is affecting sheep and goat populations.
We chatted about
milking goats, and why they are so good for milk. We were in his
kitchen and he let one or two of the sheep in the kitchen which he
looked after like one would a dog.
I discovered I had an extra belly button on the back of my neck.
I meet a friend and they tell me that they would like to go traveling
and working on farms, but are daunted by the extra amount of hard
work. I tell them it is true, there is more hard work, but the good
food more than makes up for it.
