The toilet block event, and the church gathering and the flood
I am in Sheffield, and I am down in the park by the toilet block, with
Pete, and we are planning on setting up his big rope and netting
equipment, between the trees and the toilet block, which is being
redone and improved by the council. Its quite a large project, and
they have scaffolding around it.
Its raining and we see john, and he comes over. My parents drive by-
they are off to visit relatives somewhere, but I decide to stay to
help out with petes project. At some point it stops raining and
everyone is gathering together to see the new building, and I'm trying
to explain something to someone, but I really need a poo, so I think I
can just sneak away into the woods, but when I do, the dogs follow me,
and the owners are all around, taking their dogs for walks, and there
is no hidden place in the woods for me to do my poo. Oh no, I'm going
to poo myself if I don't find somewhere quick..! Too late!
------
I am going to this churchy gathering, its a christian event, which a
lot of people have recommended to me, its apparently quite lively and
people really get into feeling it there, gospel style.
The journey there is tricky. We are driving through Birmingham, and on
the way, we have to go along these train tracks, and a train comes
straight towards us. I jump off the bus, but luckily the train grinds
to a halt just before it gets to the bus, inches away.
We arrive at this modern church, it looks a bit like a swimming pool
from the outside, and I go down some stairs into this room and meet
this girl who I have seen before.
She has dark skin and is very attractive and lively. We hug,
and go into this room. Lots of people are playing and singing
music, and as the intensity of the music rises, people lift up their
hands in praise. I start to tone with my voice, and there is this
organ which I play along with, and the music rises. I get a bit
carried away, and as the music is dying away, I'm still singing out
with my hands raised in the air.
Now, after this, somehow I find myself up on top of a hill. There are
puddles every where, flooding this cricket ground, which is surrounded
by woods, and N is playing batting against this bowling machine, and
is smacking the balls, taking out all his anger, and they are flying
right out into the woods, and then we are all having to go look for
them.
While looking I bump into adriano and he is making a spliff. He needs
my lighter to help seal the gap in the sticky bit - by holding a flame
by it, it curls up and seals it, as if by magic.
