tiger dream

I am wandering through a park. I meet my friend who tells me he has
seen lots of deer, in this special place in the park. We wander over
and sit down on a ridge where we can see the view over this wild
valley. He tells me where to point my camera and says "zoom in".

I zoom in and sure enough, through the eye piece of my camera I can
see herds of deer grazing the land.

Suddenly, out of the long grass a tiger leaps out and starts chasing
one of the baby deer. The deer run in all directions to escape the
tigers claws.

The scene all happens very quickly, and before we know it, the deer
are heading our way. We can see them running up the hill to the spot
we are sitting in, with the tiger running up close behind. We must
decide very quickly what we should do, so we decide the only safe
thing would be to get in our car and drive home.

We see the tiger come very close to us just before we manage to gather
our stuff and get in the car. We feel the predators presence.

When we are back on the road, we relax from all the excitement. I have
some amazing pictures of the tiger chasing the deer, and also of the
big deer trying to fight off the tiger with there horns.

My friend drops me off at my house and just when I feel that I am safe
from the tiger I see the tiger staring at me from the other side of
the road. It must have held onto the car! O no! I run into the house
and lock the door, just in time to here the tiger pounce be stopped by
the door. I go through the house to the back where my bed is, in a
little shed at the back of the garden. I decide that the best thing is
to hide away. So I go to bed. When I wake I look up through the window
of the shed and there is the tiger sat calmly at the back door of the
house. He looks up and sees me immediately and a shiver runs through
my whole body. How did he get round here? I am too scared to move, but
also too scared to stay here. I cautiously peep at him over the edge
of my bed. His eyes meet mine as soon I mine meet him. He knows.

I don't know what to do. Perhaps if I pretend its not real or its not
happening I will fall asleep and he will be gone, but I know I can't
do that, this is real. I am shaking in my bed, and I feel I can hear
his purr of pleasure at his knowledge that he has a trapped victim
once more for his supper.....
